Common questions

Will it fit my hoop?

PortyNet fits all standard 18-inch (45.7cm) outdoor basketball rims. If your court has a standard fixed rim, it fits. Not designed for breakaway or indoor rims.

How exactly do I put it on?

Just throw it on. The flexible PU loops hook over the rim, no tools or instructions needed. If you can put on a hat, you can install PortyNet.

Will it stay on in wind and rain?

Yes. The weight and loop design keep it secure in normal conditions. Rain, sun, and Australian summer heat won't damage it.

Can I leave it on the hoop permanently?

Yes, it's built to live outdoors. Pull it off in seconds if you want to take it to another court.

How long does delivery take?

All orders ship from Sydney. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Free for all Australian orders.

    Got mine just this morning been using it all day. Seems to be made sturdy. Suprisingly easy to use and is way better than using a rim with no net fr can’t explain it.

    Good quality

    Very happy with net. The rim is actually really flexible and feels tough and then net does the job so now I can be rewarded for swishes on outdoor rims finally.

    Love the portynet so much

    Absolutely rate the Portynet. Anyone who plays on outdoor courts knows half the hoops either have no net or some wrecked one hanging off them. This fixes that instantly. Easy to carry, quick to chuck on, and it makes shooting around on public courts so much better. Simple idea, genuinely useful.
